Seaway at The Surf Club, a Four Seasons Residence
The Residences at Seaway, situated on the north end of The Surf Club, feature two stone structures (Seaway North & Seaway South) with exterior and interior details that purposefully maintain an elemental connection to the surrounding landscape. An ultra-luxury residential enclave adjacent to the iconic Four Seasons Surf Club on Collins Avenue in Surfside, Florida. It represents a boutique extension of the Four Seasons lifestyle in a highly exclusive oceanfront setting.
The boutique collection of homes, designed by Joseph Dirand, combine classic European modernism with contemporary ease and comfort under a standard of timeless, enduring quality. The combined 34 residences, behind the sensuous stone and glass facade, are enhanced with sculpted ocean-view terraces and generously scaled interiors.
Seaway is serviced by Four Seasons with extended amenities at The Surf Club, connected by a natural landscape of tropical vegetation laid out by esteemed Belgian landscape designer Peter Wirtz. The architecture combines European modernism with contemporary coastal living, resulting in light-filled homes with expansive terraces and panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.
