Pricing starts at $1.7 million for one- to four-bedroom residences ranging from 1,123 to 3,495 square feet. The Canaletto Collection penthouses start at $17 million, with select penthouses reaching approximately $32 million and featuring private pools.
The top 18 floors of the tower comprise The Canaletto Collection, a limited offering of 68 ultra-luxury residences and six penthouses with exclusive amenities including a private speakeasy and global concierge services.
Residents enjoy signature private dining experiences by Cipriani, 24-hour in-home catering, poolside food and beverage service, and private dining rooms available for reservation. An exclusive 37th-floor speakeasy is also reserved for residents.
The building offers an elevated resort deck with two swimming pools, poolside cabanas, an outdoor spa, a golf simulator, pickleball court, private salon, screening room, library, children's playroom, dog park, and a residents' lounge for special events.

Primary bathrooms include grand stand-alone bathtubs, glass-enclosed showers, imported stone vanity tops, and back-lit mirrors.
Rentals are permitted twice per year with a minimum of 30 days. This building is designed primarily for owners and second-home buyers who value privacy and a residential feel over a high-turnover rental environment.
Completion is expected in 2028. As of early 2026, the tower had already surpassed the 45th floor.
